Joseph P. Wilson, PE, PH, D.FE, has over 30 years of experience as a professional consulting engineer and a professional hydrologist. He is a board certified Diplomate Forensic Engineer. He has served as an expert witness for hydrology and hydraulics related cases, has taught at the University of Missouri-Rolla (now Missouri University of Science and Technology) and has served as a member of the FEMA Scientific Resolution Panel Cadre of experts for technical appeals to resolve disputes between communities and the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP).
